In my room
In my room (2013) offers a journey for one person at a time, through compartments of a space divided by curtains. The journey lasts as long as the person takes to travel through the compartments. In each of the rooms a wooden object is placed, offering the person visiting the possibility to peep in to it, enter it, lay in it, or play with it. In my room focuses on planes of seeing, questions of the gaze and the impact which structures have on perception, narration and the body.
